Start with your choice of appetizer:
Pan con Tomate & Serrano Ham — Grilled bread with garlic and fresh tomato purée
Andalusian Gazpacho — A chilled tomato and cucumber soup with olive oil and crispy bread
Main course — a full tapas selection served to each guest. No need to choose; you’ll receive all five dishes:
Gambas al Ajillo – Garlic shrimp with olive oil and chili
Albóndigas in Tomato Sauce – Spanish meatballs in a spiced tomato sauce
Patatas Bravas – Crispy potatoes with aioli and spicy tomato sauce
Garlic Mushrooms – Sautéed with fresh garlic and parsley
